I'm Jamie. I've spent the last 4 years on roofs, in utility rooms, and on the phone with system owners, based in Standish, Michigan.
Why HecTech exists
Solar gets sold with a lot of attention. After the install, owners are often on their own. When something throws an error or production drops, they end up chasing installers who stopped answering, manufacturers who point back at the installer, and warranty lines that go nowhere.
HecTech is the fix for that. A real technician you can reach, who works on every major brand and tells you straight what's going on with your system — even when the answer is "it's fine, leave it alone."

Most problems can be found over a video call or through your monitoring. That saves you a trip fee.

Prices up front, quotes before on-site work, and I'll always ask before a call runs over.
